This privacy policy applies to the Calendar Widget: Month/Agenda respectively Calendar Widget KEY app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ing. Milan Sillik (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following policy. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand this policy prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Data protection
The Application accesses Google Tasks data through Google’s API and uses industry-standard security measures to protect this information. All data transmitted between the app and Google’s servers is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. The application accesses data only with your explicit consent and uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authorization. Furthermore, access to this data is limited to the local device, and we implement safeguards to ensure that only authorized users can access their own data. We do not store or process any user data on external servers.
Data Retention and Deletion
The Application stores your Google Tasks data only locally on your device to enhance its functionality. We do not store or retain any Google user data on external servers. You have full control over this data, and if you uninstall the Application, all locally stored data is automatically deleted from your device. Furthermore, you can revoke the app’s access to your Google Tasks data at any time by managing your Google account permissions, which will stop any future access by the Application. We do not retain any data beyond the user’s active use of the Application.
Permissions
Application needs the following permissions (which must be granted by you) to properly function:
- android.permission.READ_CALENDAR To read your Calendar Events from your Calendar(s) and display them in my Application.
- android.permission.INTERNET To read your Google Tasks from your Google Account, and display them in my Application + for Google Billing (in-app payments).
- android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE To play a ringtone, when using a reminder functionality of my application.
- android.permission.VIBRATE To vibrate, when using a reminder functionality of my application.
You are free to grant or deny above mentioned permissions as you wish, but denying might affect the Application's core functionality. You are free to revoke above mentioned permissions at any time by going to your device Settings -> Apps -> this Application -> Permissions.
